Our process

Briefing
A long conversation and a written questionnaire. We learn how you live or work before we draw anything.

Design
Plans, moodboards, material samples and 3D views. Every detail is drawn and priced before work begins.

Execution
Our team builds on site, from civil work and services to joinery and furnishing, with weekly progress reports.
04
Handover
A final walk-through, a snag list closed out, and keys to a space that is ready to live in.

Before you write to us
Do you take on single rooms?
We prefer whole homes and offices so the design stays consistent from room to room. Smaller scopes are possible; mention it in your enquiry and we will tell you honestly if we are the right fit.
Which cities do you work in?
We work from Meerut and take projects across India. A site visit is part of the process for every project.
How is your fee structured?
A fixed design fee based on the scope and size of the project. We do not take commissions on materials, so our recommendations are not tied to what costs more.
How long does a project take?
Design usually takes a few months and execution depends on size and site conditions. We share a detailed schedule after the brief is signed off.
Do you support us after handover?
Yes. You receive a handover file with drawings, warranties and vendor contacts, and we remain available for any service needs.
